The statement “EQC repairs complete” has been proven on numerous occasions to be factually incorrect. A high number of houses for sale as ‘fully repaired’ are not. We have verifiable proof to support this statement.
Were the repairs completed? Will the property stand up to future insurance scrutiny? Any repairs not completed to a high standard will place the insurance cover on the entire property at risk.

Insurers: Can you afford to have your insurance policy canceled due to previous damage not being repaired properly.
Banks: What do you think your bank’s position will be if the insurer reduces or voids your policy in the future. You would be correct to assume that the bank may demand your loan is repaid in part or full, immediately.
