Harcourts, arguably the largest realtor in Canterbury, have acknowledged our position that the use of our trademark(s) is indeed an infringement. Other organisations related to the property sector have also complied and amended references that breach our trademark(s).
Agents need to be aware that failure to comply, through use of or continued use of our registered trademark, may cause Risknet Ltd to lodge a claim against the agent for infringement.
